Rosemond Afua Afful is a multiple award-winning Ghanaian agripreneur and the visionary Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ayden Ventures, an integrated agricultural enterprise based in Takoradi, Ghana. She leads the company’s strategic direction, innovation agenda, sustainability framework, and growth expansion initiatives across vegetable production, livestock farming, and aquaculture.
With a strong academic foundation from University of Cape Coast, Rosemond combines formal training in entrepreneurship with extensive hands-on agronomic expertise. Her career began in corporate finance and administration at Zenith Bank Ghana Limited, where she served as a Senior Executive Assistant from 2009 to 2014. This experience strengthened her leadership discipline, financial management capabilities, and corporate governance insight.
She later transitioned into agribusiness development as Business Development Manager at Korgero Company Limited (2014–2016), where she refined her skills in operations management, market expansion, and agribusiness structuring. In 2016, she co-founded Ayden Ventures with a bold vision: to build a climate-smart, sustainable agricultural enterprise capable of delivering consistent food production while empowering youth and women within Ghana’s agricultural value chain.
Under her leadership, Ayden Ventures has become a recognized model for agroecological farming, integrated production systems, and climate adaptation strategies. She champions environmentally responsible farming methods, sustainable soil management practices, and resilient food production systems that address food security challenges while improving rural livelihoods.

George Kofi Afful is the Co-Founder and Technical Manager of Ayden Ventures, where he oversees engineering systems, farm mechanization, infrastructure development, and technical innovation across all operational units. With over twenty (20) years of multidisciplinary engineering experience, he brings a strong electro-mechanical and instrumentation background to modern agricultural production systems.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Systems Engineering (Instrumentation Option) from Regent University College of Science and Technology and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Option) from Takoradi Technical University.
George’s professional career spans industrial, commercial, and marine electrical systems. He has held several technical leadership roles, including:

His expertise includes electrical system installations, industrial automation, instrumentation systems, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration), marine electrical systems, and agricultural mechanization support.

He leads the deployment of irrigation systems, cold chain management solutions, aquaculture system engineering, and equipment optimization to ensure operational reliability and productivity. His technical leadership strengthens the company’s capacity to scale sustainably while minimizing operational risks.
